How do I make the picture at the top of my page smaller? I already cropped it down quite a bit in Picassa and then I selected "shrink to fit" when I uploaded it.
In a little over a year I am marrying the man of my dreams. My goal is to do so while spending less than $7,000. Many say this is impossible, but they have not seen my mom and me shop...
If you want it smaller, keep cropping.
